Refund Policy

Any balance in your account is refundable. Please contact us to issue refunds. Except as provided in the domain registration policy, all domain registration and domain renewal fees are non-refundable unless canceled for cause by PKNIC, in which case the refund for the remainder of the domain term can be issued.

Charge-backs

In the event of a credit card charge-back to PKNIC by the credit card company for the credit card used in connection with the payment of a domain name by the domain owner or designated agent, that domain name shall be transferred to PKNIC and may be made available to others.
